家委会全体会议

10月17日下午3时，朝阳凯文“家委会全体会议”隆重召开。家委会是一个为学生的未来出谋划策、为学校建言献策的组织，每个家委由家长、班主任推荐和学校批准产生。此次会议旨在向大家介绍学校的理念与情况，听取家长的意见，共商学校发展事宜。

会上，马德玲校长表示，“朝阳凯文的定位是要成为一所国内一流的双语学校，为达成这个目标，我们要做到高质量的人才培养、高品质的课堂与服务，以及善用高端的设备设施为学生培养提供保障。”

同时，马校长还通过“多元课程赋能、全人培养、强师引领”三个关键词向大家介绍，朝阳凯文是一所以学生为中心的学校，一方面要让学生热爱自己所好，产生内驱力；另一方面无论是校长、教师，还是学校的设施，都要为学生提供帮助与支持。

通过了解学校近期的工作及未来的目标，无论是学校课程，还是师生配合，每一位家委会成员都充分感知到学校的努力方向与改变。

研究表明，“权威型家长”与“权威型教师”对于学生的成长起到积极促进作用。马校长在会上呼吁每位家长在关爱支持孩子的同时更要给予严格要求，只有当家长和学校手手相握时，才能共同守护成长过程。

会上，马校长还邀请到学校各学部的校长和各运营部门负责人与家委成员见面，在对各位家委的到来表示感谢之余，也现场解答了各位家委提出的问题，并交流了宝贵意见。

The First CKWA PTA Meeting Successfully Convened

At 3 pm on October 17th, the First CKWA PTA Meeting was successfully convened by Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy. Parent committee is an organization that provides advice and suggestions for the future of students and schools. All parent committee members are recommended by parents, homeroom teachers, and approved by the school. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the school’s philosophy and situation to everyone, listen to parents’ opinions, and discuss school matters together.

By understanding the recent work and future goals of the school, whether it is the school curriculum or teacher-student cooperation, every member of the parent committee has fully perceived the direction and changes of the school.

According to research, “authoritative parents” and “authoritative teachers” play an active role in promoting children’s growth. Ms. Madeleine Ma, head of school at Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy, called on every parent at the meeting to provide strict requirements while caring and supporting their children. Only when parents and the school collaborate hand in hand can they jointly safeguard the growth of our children.
