He is a doctor of law of Beijing Normal University and holds a legal professional qualification certificate. He has begun to serve as Director of Beijing Yilian Labor Law Aid and Research Center since August 2007, and Director of Beijing Yi Xian Law Firm since July 2013.He has long been engaged in corporate legal counseling and civil & commercial litigation, as well as researches on HR legal affairs and corporate legal affairs, and has won honorary titles including “National May 1st Labor Medal”. He has begun to serve as independent director of the company since August 2022.
