He has worked at the Department of Business Management and the Department of Asset Management of Beijing Haidian State-owned Asset Investment Group., Ltd., and served as assistant to heads of the departments. He is currently deputy manager of the Department of Strategic Investment of Beijing Haidian State-owned Asset Investment Group., Ltd., director of Beijing Haiguo Xintai Capital Holding Co., Ltd. and director of China High-speed Railway Technology Co., Ltd. He has begun to serve as director of the company since September 2023.
