聚焦教师成长 | 记朝阳凯文首届教师职业发展学习共同体活动周

对于任何学校的持续发展来说,一个重要的因素就是在学校内开展教研活动,赋权教师将自己的课堂开放给同僚观摩,以便共同研讨。除此之外,别无他法。

10月13日,在朝阳凯文艺术中心礼堂举行了“朝阳凯文学校首届教师职业发展学习共同体启动大会”。会上,校长马德玲女士以及校领导成员向全校教师介绍了此次活动的目标与意义。

教师是学校的灵魂,是学校发展的根基。关爱教师,关注教师的职业发展,是朝阳凯文学校领导团队十分重视的内容。为了“持续提升朝阳凯文学校的教学水平,确保我们能够提供有助于学生积极学习和高度参与 的学习环境。”学校决议将“教师职业发展学习共同体培训(简称PLC)”逐年延续下去,以达到将每一位凯文教师都培养成权威型/智慧型教师

示范课

 

此次观课周共安排了13节示范课,领域覆盖数学、语文、英语、艺术、人文、科学、体育等学科,全体教师可在观课周中任选三节课来观摩学习。

 

朝阳凯文校长团队亲临每一节示范课,在课上,感受到了教师们灵活、高效、专业的课堂管理策略。老师们将每个知识点通过有效地教学设计、精彩纷呈的课堂互动,精准地转递给学生。现场观摩的教师们也都听得入神,受益匪浅。

在观课周结束后,各学科组长们分别引领团队,在会议中对本组示范课进行交流与反思。转变观念、建立科学的教学管理信息系统、培养高素质的教学管理人员,是朝阳凯文教学团队一直以来致力于实现的发展目标。

新推动 新探索

 

在观课周中,朝阳凯文小学部还请到了一位大咖前来助阵,他就是教育部国培专家,国家级骨干教师钱守旺先生!

 

为了小学部数学学科的推动和创新,提高教学质量,同时促进教师的个人成长,此次小学部数名教师与钱守旺老师进行了深入的探讨与交流。

 

钱守旺先生作为业界的领军人物,在会上以其成功的经验和独特的见解,激发了在场教师们的研究热情和创新意识。对如何让学生们将“乐学善学、勤于思考”发挥于极致,起到了积极的推动作用。

 

 

 

朝阳凯文学校高度重视教师成长,创建教师职业发展学习平台,互促互鉴推动整体教学水平不断提高。教师通过平台分享交流教案、PPT等教学资源,从教学观摩中相互学习,学校也会根据实际需求和未来教学规划安排有针对性的教学培训,打造良好的教学研究氛围,帮助教师不断提高能力和综合素质,更好地适应新时代国际化教学要求。

Teacher Growth Chapter | Record of CKWA’s First Teacher Career Professional Learning Community Activity Week

Caring for teachers means caring for the future. CKWA builds a professional development platform for teachers, helping them experience true professional happiness!

 

 

Teachers are the soul of a school and the foundation of its development. Caring for teachers and paying attention to their professional development are highly valued by the leadership team of Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy. To “continuously improve the teaching quality of Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy and ensure that we can provide a learning environment conducive to active learning and high participation of students”, the school has decided to make Professional Learning Community (known as PLC) events an annual tradition, to cultivate all CKWA teachers into authoritative/intelligent teachers.

 

This observation week has arranged a total of 13 demonstration classes, covering subjects such as mathematics, Chinese, English, art, humanities, science, and physical education. All teachers can choose any three classes to observe and learn during the observation week. The leadership team of Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy visited each demonstration class and saw in person teachers’ flexible, efficient, and professional classroom management strategies during the class. Teachers accurately impart on knowledge to students through effective teaching design and engaging classroom interactions. The observing teachers were also intrigued, benefiting a lot from the lessons.

 

Since we are a professional learning community, we naturally need to share experiences and methods together. After the end of the observation week, the heads of department led their teams to exchange and reflect on the demonstration classes in their group during the meeting. Transforming concepts, establishing a scientific teaching management information system, and cultivating high-quality teaching management personnel are the future development goals of Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy’s teaching team.

 

Caring for teachers means caring for the future.

 

Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy provides teachers with an open and relaxing environment for independent research, thinking, and creation. This is not only a recognition of teachers’ professionalism, but also a genuine care for them. Teachers are not only guides for students, but also constructors and promoters of society’s development. Teachers silently dedicate their youth and wisdom on the front line of education and teaching, shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the next generation, and make diligent efforts for the development and progress of society. Their career development is directly related to the quality of education and the growth of students.
