United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT)
Founded in 1996, the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT) is the largest mathematics assessment organization in the UK. Each year, it provides a variety of national-level mathematics assessment activities for 700,000 students from over 6,000 schools. The mission of the UKMT is to enhance the level of mathematics education among young people, to inspire a love for mathematics, and to encourage them to actively use mathematics to solve problems.
Among these activities, the Junior Mathematical Challenge (JMC) is based on curriculum knowledge, allowing students to apply mathematical concepts in novel ways to solve problems.
